Re: henley Emperor nouveau Q1 at the point plumpton 42Aug 06, 2014 3:25 pm Had our inspection yesterday. Went ok. They still don't have the coo so we were unable to settle. This should all be done by next week. So exciting seeing it all done and complete. Our SS has done a good job correcting any errors cause we only picked up a few minor things that will be done in next 2 days. Can't wait to get the keys. Re: henley Emperor nouveau Q1 at the point plumpton 44Aug 07, 2014 12:18 pm We had a few issues with bricks, not he let's fault it was boral. So we had a lot of things happening inside like wiring and ducted heating all happening while bricks and new approval was sought. But I would say all running smoothly maybe 3months. Just depends on any extras you've put in. We had alarm, and video monitor. Also it was a 50 sq house. So alot of painting and plastering.
