I was driving down Ennis av and saw what looked like my balcony on the back of a truck heading the other direction. Very exciting! So I popped down to the block, and sure enough, it was my balcony! Re: Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 47Sep 10, 2012 1:08 pm Just reading through this thread can't believe how quick house has gone up!! I like the customized design!!! We have just signed up To build the 'opportunity' 2 Storey in ravenswood! Pre start pack should arrive today... Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 48Sep 10, 2012 2:22 pm Hi Teagz88, Yeah they are moving along very quick! The 'opportunity' is a great design isn't it. And ravenswood is an amazing place. I went for a kayak down to there a few weeks ago and I think I'll have to go back to check out all the little cafes and bars along the river. Re: Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 49Sep 10, 2012 8:39 pm Thanks Chris yeah we have other then a wall here and there kept the original and basic design but we love ravenswood and the bigger sized blocks - decided to prioritise patio and shed and hubby has measured the walk to the pub lol looking forward to seeing more photos! How did u find the pre start process Re: Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 51Sep 22, 2012 10:13 am Hey Chris Your house is looking fantastic. I can't believe they did the top in two pieces. That's amazing. Must have been very exciting to watch. Ours in mini in comparison. Looks like you'll have great views. More photos please:) Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 52Sep 25, 2012 4:19 pm The top story actually went on in 3 pieces! Popped down today and they have done most of the roofing now, really starting to look like a house! I'm not sure if I will get a view, there's houses building behind me, and the one directly behind me is another 101 house! Which is apparently a 2 story as well! Fingers crossed I still get a glimpse between the houses. Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 53Oct 18, 2012 12:05 pm A few relatively recent photos! Pretty sure ive seen your house when driving around SH Re: Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 55Jan 17, 2013 7:34 pm Looking forward to your building. My fiancée and I are also considering 101 at the mo. how do you like deal with them? Are there a lot of hidden cost? What size of block are you building on? Value ur feedback. Thanks. Great choice on the taps! Very sleek. Re: Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 56Jan 18, 2013 11:07 pm Hi NOR-TTJ, 101 have been great to deal with, there haven't been any hidden costs that I can think of, obviously just for upgraded things at Pre-start and changes to plans eg raising ceilings etc. My block is 680m2. 20m wide x 34m deep. I'd highly recommend them as a builder, and I really like the taps too! (-: Re: Building with 101 Residential in Secret Harbour (WA) 59Jan 18, 2013 11:51 pm Awesome!
