Re: Carlswil's Statesman Tusmore - Slab 7/8 ??? 45Jul 31, 2010 8:44 am Wow slab in two weeks that is great!! Things will start happening very shortly then, i was sooooooo happy when i went out one day to find that they had dug the trenches, finally felt like something was happening. I reckon that you will definately be in by xmas, keep on top of them and get on good terms with your SS, we had a guy called John and thats propably who you will have to, he has been great i have only spoken to him maybe 4 times throughout the build and he has been very helpful. I spoke with him yesterday to find out if he is still expecting handover to be 26th August, he said he could prob do it quicker if we wanted i explained i was living with my parents he basically said "enough said" and that he would get onto it and call me back. Good luck with it all V Re: Carlswil's Statesman Tusmore - Slab 7/8 ??? 46Jul 31, 2010 6:03 pm cous1981 Thats so exciting, congratulations. Thanks Cous. How's your place coming along. Good luck with it all V We thought 2 weeks was pretty quick. I'm going to have to visit a few times this week, just to see if anything has been done. Wouldn't want to miss any photo opportunities. It sounds like your SS has been great. It's good that he's going to try to get you in quicker. The end is in sight for you. Our letter from Hickies last week said that our SS is Shane. Hopefully he's just as good. I'll be keeping on top of them. After waiting so long for the land, I just want it built. contract signed: Nov 09 Released to Construction: 23 Jul 10 Slab poured: 9 Aug 10 Frame completed: 30 Aug 10 Windows & Gutters: 7 Sep 10 Bricks: 15 - 23 Sep 10 Roof: 24 Sep 10 Gyprock: 20 Oct 10 Lockup: 25 Oct 10 Kitchen: 27 Oct 10 Tiling: 6 - 9 Nov 10 Painting: 17 Nov 10 Carpet: 30 Nov 10 PCI: 15 Dec 10 Handover: 17 Dec 10 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=35943 Re: Carlswil's Statesman Tusmore - Slab 7/8 ??? 47Jul 31, 2010 6:48 pm Hi Carlswill - found your thread. I did take those photos. I want to make sure I get lots of photos as this build progresses. I hope your rain goes away soon. We've had pretty good weather lately, but then last night, it started pouring, and has been doing so on and off ever since. I'm praying it goes away. contract signed: Nov 09 Released to Construction: 23 Jul 10 Slab poured: 9 Aug 10 Frame completed: 30 Aug 10 Windows & Gutters: 7 Sep 10 Bricks: 15 - 23 Sep 10 Roof: 24 Sep 10 Gyprock: 20 Oct 10 Lockup: 25 Oct 10 Kitchen: 27 Oct 10 Tiling: 6 - 9 Nov 10 Painting: 17 Nov 10 Carpet: 30 Nov 10 PCI: 15 Dec 10 Handover: 17 Dec 10 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=35943 Re: Carlswil's Statesman Tusmore - trenches 49Aug 01, 2010 6:24 pm I went to check on my block today. Re: Carlswil's Statesman Tusmore - trenches 59Aug 02, 2010 11:16 am I'd love to go that often. I really wanted to rent somewhere around the corner, so I could keep an eye on what's going on, but decided it was cheaper to stay at mum's house for a bit longer and save more money so I have more to spend on the house. I'll probably just end up spending lots of money on petrol, and lots of time in the car. contract signed: Nov 09 Released to Construction: 23 Jul 10 Slab poured: 9 Aug 10 Frame completed: 30 Aug 10 Windows & Gutters: 7 Sep 10 Bricks: 15 - 23 Sep 10 Roof: 24 Sep 10 Gyprock: 20 Oct 10 Lockup: 25 Oct 10 Kitchen: 27 Oct 10 Tiling: 6 - 9 Nov 10 Painting: 17 Nov 10 Carpet: 30 Nov 10 PCI: 15 Dec 10 Handover: 17 Dec 10 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=35943 Re: Carlswil's Statesman Tusmore - trenches 60Aug 02, 2010 11:19 am carlswil I'll probably just end up spending lots of money on petrol, and lots of time in the car. there should be ss cable so you can pull up bore pump for service 1 3550 Hi all, Need some ideas for my front yard.
