Re: First Home Build - Aubin Grove - We have movement 48Jul 05, 2010 7:19 pm Below is the web address for our house. There is a floorplan and an online tour if you are interested. http://www.celebrationhomes.com.au/go/p ... omes/regal Where the alfresco is on the plan is a games room and we have added an alfresco off the dining area which is roughly 4.5mx5.5m. Our house has 31c ceilings throughout and a spa in the main bathroom. Overhead cupboards in the kitchen, additional cupboards in Laundry and lots of sets of double doors closing off living areas. Cheers Re: First Home Build - Aubin Grove - We have movement 49Jul 06, 2010 9:42 am That site seems to be down at the moment, will try it a bit later. Re: First Home Build - Aubin Grove - We have movement 50Jul 06, 2010 10:03 am Try going here http://www.celebrationhomes.com.au/go/perth-metro/new-home-designs/display-homes then selecting the Regal... thats what i had to do! Luke81 - Very nice by the way... love what they did with the outdoor areas Re: First Home Build - Aubin Grove - We have movement 51Jul 06, 2010 10:57 am The kitchen in that house is much more basic than ours. All the specs in that display home have now been upgraded. So hopefully we are in for a pleasant shock when ours is built. No doubt a horrid shock when I pay for the variations. I also think that the high ceilings throughout will help make the house feel more open. We also paid to have a 31c recessed ceiling alfresco. I think the alfresco coming off the dining area on our block made more sense. We have closed the games room off and are going to use the games room as a kids activity room. I'm wishing we spent more!
