Building the Sahara Q3 with Henley Re: Building the Sahara Q3 with Henley 387Mar 26, 2015 6:13 am Getting into shape now Izzyb. So, I'm gonna have my tender and contract at the same day as well. What do you guys do/expect during tender and contract? Is it advisable to have it in the same day? Building the Sahara Q3 with Henley 388Mar 26, 2015 7:14 am In our case it was fine to do them on the same day. We pretty much had the prices we requested for upgrades before the day. The tender happens first, you sit in a room with the tender presenter. He discusses the tender from the first point to the last including details about your site and how they will excavate And fill etc. He will also show you the drawings. This takes about pretty much the whole morning. Any additional prices you need can be requested during tender and you can remove stuff before signing. In the afternoon when all your changes are final and you have signed the drawings and electrical layout, the contract signing will happen in the afternoon with another person usually with your contact admin. After that you pay the rest of the 3% deposit. Building the Sahara Q3 with Henley Re: Building the Sahara Q3 with Henley 389Mar 26, 2015 7:22 am Did you read the contract before signing it? Our admin was telling us theres no point as we wont understand much of it. Re: Building the Sahara Q3 with Henley 390Mar 26, 2015 7:39 am Woohoo, that's a lot of progress in this week. I'm betting for mid June handover. Re: Building the Sahara Q3 with Henley 391Mar 26, 2015 7:41 am Tasminnn Did you read the contract before signing it? If feel pushy, bring contract home with you and take your time before signing and returning it back to Henley.
