Mirvac and Colliers International are releasing land in Alex Ave and Schofields. There will be like 200 lots all together. Schofields will have better growth than Marsden park anyway. Perhaps, with these EB packages, you still needed to upgrade the ground floor ceiling height to 2590mm, internal and external doors to 2340mm high, raised head windows as well as 2400mm high Aluminium stacker doors. You can compare these EB packages with the Masterton Homes House and Land packages. By the way, my Optical Dispenser was able to negotiate the terms of payment for his EB H&L package such that the 95% balance of the house price was to be paid only after the handover of keys. Try doing the same with your investment. INSIGHT: With what is currently happening at the Greenway Living Estate, Elara is turning out to be a much better investment because an Elara buyer has more control of the unforeseen events that may arise. Perhaps the issue at GL would not have happened if the builder instead of the developer is selling the House and Land Package.
