Stairs fixed, sort of 388Nov 22, 2010 1:42 pm It doesn't look too bad, I guess at the end of the day, you have to like what's there. Just curious is there a display home, and how did they do the stairs? If there is, I would go take a photo and show your SS, and tell him that is what you expect yours to look like. Wish you a good outcome. Re: Our Villa24 @ Karinya, Point Cook. Stairs fixed, sort of 389Nov 22, 2010 3:13 pm Go to boutique homes .com.au, st germain 39 - gallery, image 2... I would email that image back to your builder along with a photo of yours and ask them do they consider that acceptable!! Our Villa24 @ Karinya, Point Cook. Thanks for the support, amazing_venice Hmmm better but I wouldn't be 100% happy with that.... The third step is a bit dodge.... You dot pay for wrap around stairs to still see that little bit sticking out??? 110% agree! How hard is it to get it right?!? Janelle hmmm....I wouldn't be happy with the third step either, it should match the bottom two stairs. Feeling just like that! brb_654 It doesn't look too bad, I guess at the end of the day, you have to like what's there. Just curious is there a display home, and how did they do the stairs? If there is, I would go take a photo and show your SS, and tell him that is what you expect yours to look like. Wish you a good outcome. Not too bad is right, but not right. Its getting to the point of Who gives a F*&%, finish the house! Went past this morning on the daily disappointment drive to find some dude taking the remaining plaster from inside that should be for our garage and alfresco. He said the SS told him to take it for one of the other jobs in Point Cook (they only have 4 in the area and they are all lagging behind it seems!). Why cant they order correctly for each job! Now if our garage is ever bricked we wont have plaster for it so there is another delay to wait for it to be redelivered. OMG SO BLOODY ANNOYED! Is it that hard for them to get it right. Tomorrow is the last day of our build time and the last 2 weeks have only seen 3 small jobs done. What's up with that??? Cant even call and complain today because its their 'meeting day'. Clearly they don't discuss much or organize anything at these meetings because nothing gets done. The internals of our house could all be finished by now and I wouldn't mind if it were just the garage but when NOTHING is getting done there is no excuse for it. FUMING on such a hot day!
