My partner and I have just signed our contract for the Sahara Q1 in Upper Point Cook where our land is due to be titled late February. Hopefully our house will be as beautiful as yours =)

Good that they fixed it. How was the HD issue you had with Free to Air Channels? Now its been resolved after the fix?

Yes, now all channels including 9HD are perfect

even current house nature strip not good full of weeds have to kill all of it and restart fresh, also you can level it if required.

We have these Lilly pilly plants at front. I was banging my heading on how to trim them in nice round ball shape.

Try after try but no luck in last few months.

Finally got a brilliant idea which worked like a charm.

Bought two cheap hanging baskets from bunnings, $6 each. Remove their chains and coconut stuff from them.

So when you join two together they make a lovely sphere around the plant. Tie them together, take all the branches out and snip, snip, and snip

The front of the house has come together very well.. Adding decking outside your front door will take you to the next level of awesomeness

Planks look great..have been thinking of how to deal with the planter boxes at the front and this seems to be a perfect solution..vertical planks !!

Thanks mate. It's a never ending mission, lol.

Task after task and summer is almost over already.

Timber looks great, but will need 6 monthly maintenance. This is based on my recent experience with timber Windows.

Don't mind staining them, as it does not take as long as painting. Plus end results looks great.

But if someone doesn't not want to do this 6 monthly routine, I would strongly suggest not to opt for timber Windows

That's odd/interesting... Neighbours of ours have a MainVue build with timber windows that is 5 years old, and the stain is still perfect
