OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!! Firstly, sorry but no photos! The house was locked and all the ones I took through the window were awful, but I promise a heap on Tuesday after I've been inside.
The house looks amazing. So much has been done, the plastering has been completed throughout, makes the house seem both bigger and smaller. Looks amazing.
The laundry is fitted out, linen closet is in, as well as the cabinetry and the sink!! I didn't pick the cabinetry for the laundry, as I chose to add the cabinetry after my colour appointment. I assumed they would use white same as the kitchen, but they've actually gone with the bathroom vanity colour, a soft walnut. I'm not fussed either way, but will be interesting to see it properly on Tuesday.
And the big surprise.. the kitchen is in!! From what I could see it looked really good!!! I'm loving the white cabinetry. I will take so many photos on Tuesday. I don't think the stone is in yet, just cabinets... I couldn't believe how big the bench is (its 3.14m) but it seems huge in real life. I also absolutely love the little cupboard on the other side of the bench.. there's so much space so it was a great idea.
I didn't get to see into the bathrooms, but I assume the vanities are in.. and I forgot to check the bedrooms, but my mum said the wardrobe doors are there waiting to get put in.. actually I forgot to look at a lot of things!! But anyways, what I did see looked great.
One side fence is up, but not yet completed (needs to be capped). Its really high and blocks out the neighbors so that's good.
The last bit of excitement on the house, as we were leaving dad spotted a whirly bird on the roof. SO excited, I did ask the builder for whirlies, and he quoted me about $600, so I said don't bother I'll do it myself later.. but there's one on the roof so freebie

In other exciting news, I met my neighbors from two doors down. They were working in their backyard so I got to say hi!! They were a lovely young couple. Was great to meet them, and its so nice to know more people. They also have little dogs, can't wait to see them (weren't there today).
I'm definitely leaning towards a small dog now, I really want a retriever but the space is just too small, but maybe a little cavapoo or something.
The park event was great, free burgers (YUM!) and as it was pretty quiet, I snuck into the petting zoo and got to hold little baby bunnies

Funnily my house started awhile after next doors, but I'll probably be finished first.
Amusingly my neighbor commented on my brick colour, and we realised we actually had the same brick, just different mortar colours (Which makes quite a big difference!)
Anyways, I promise lots of photos on Tuesday.
