Still plenty of time It's not so much the SS, if you have a good one that has been with them for a while that's awesome, tie him to the house and never let him go. It's the trades that let you down by not showing or pulling out without explanation making it a scramble to get replacements Joey (8 Dunsyre Av.) True, however the SS chooses his trades and from what i can tell our guy doesn't put up with any crap I have to live in the hope that the crap part is behind us now lol. Wooooo for slab day PFB! I do hope that the trades don't cause any dramas for you. Keep that hope alive, one of us on here is bound to get a smooth run Joey (8 Dunsyre Av.) The main slab might have some evidence of it but the only part you'll see is the garage so that's why they've covered it. Daniel Building estimator at Ford Homes Building designer after hours: Whitehaus Design & Drafting Re: Building at Northlakes Estate- Cameron park 2850Mar 18, 2016 1:16 pm Yeah you might just see some slight ting on the rest of the slab. Re: Building at Northlakes Estate- Cameron park 2851Mar 18, 2016 2:16 pm I'm building over at Sanctuary and our slab was poured today as well. My heart sank as soon as it started raining. Hope it all comes out ok for both of us. Re: Building at Northlakes Estate- Cameron park 2852Mar 18, 2016 3:55 pm My hubbys a concreter, and he said as long as the garage slab had hardened enough, it will be fine. The rain will help the slab cure. Re: Building at Northlakes Estate- Cameron park 2853Mar 18, 2016 7:37 pm Well here is our beautiful slab. Will know more on Monday from the construction manager who is handling our job until new site manager starts after easter 😭😭😭 Happy tears Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Re: Building at Northlakes Estate- Cameron park 2854Mar 18, 2016 8:15 pm Woohoo!!
