I didn't think my process was particularly easy, but I had it way better than you! So glad to hear it's all sorted now, but sad for you that the land title has been pushed back Mine got pushed back too, I paid deposit in July least year, it was meant to title in October, that got pushed to Jan, eventually titled in February. Love your colour selections, and I've subscribed for future updates Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 286Jul 19, 2017 4:17 pm scubabe Gee you had the runaround with the bank didn't you? Now I'm just impatiently waiting for land, and living vicariously through everyone's builds! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 287Jul 20, 2017 11:42 am Congrats on covenant approval! On the positive side... my entry pendant is $100 more expensive now (glad I bought it when I did), and I picked up a gorgeous mirror on Facebook that I love!! Originally June, then July, but last I heard September/October. I have just emailed the developer in hopes of getting an update.... not impressed that they are working on the next stage release when ours isn't even close to finished!!! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 293Jul 25, 2017 9:04 am Congrats on your land purchase! I know that feeling of waiting for the land to be title, we waited 9 - 10 months for ours, but hopefully yours isn't too far off! I know the land is lodged at the titles office and I guess they doing there review of it. At least you are at titles icat... we are still waiting for roads etc. to be put in, and knowing that we should have been building now is so frustrating. It's quite stressful waiting for the bank to do it's thing too, so I feel for you. Need to pop over to your thread and check it out! Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 297Jul 25, 2017 2:21 pm I'd be frustrated too, we drive past your estate every day Bridget and I'm really surprised they are pushing forward so quickly with the next stages so quickly when your isn't done!! What stage is your land in? All about that $$$ for the developer Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 298Jul 25, 2017 8:29 pm Thanks Caydenn... it eerks the hell out of me they are powering into the latest stage release while we wait for them to finish ours - we are stage three. Signed contracts in December, and while I know others have waited longer, it is still too long for me! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 300Jul 25, 2017 8:49 pm Bridgetwitch Thanks guys.... Don't tell me that they won't let you move it! We moved our bath spout to the end of the bath on the same wall as the mixer. It wasn't a problem with our SC, she didn't even blink when we asked to have it moved.
