Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 282Jul 18, 2014 10:49 pm @Sydney-build: I am not associated with Elara or any builders and some forum members here can vouch for that. I did not simply want to make mention of any builders as it may be construed as public advertising. I simply wanted to help out other people who need assistance and I hope other forum members who have the capability do the same. Whatever information I provide is borne out of research which as you said is available in the public domain. My solicitor son simply warned me to be extra careful in forums like this thus the little duty of care exercised. If you want we can personally meet and we can exchange views privately. Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 294Jul 20, 2014 11:25 am Was the malaleuca release sold out? We were happy on how it turned out, we got our 2nd choice even there were 15 people before us. Phew!! It was also nice to meet some forum mates yesterday morning. Catch up with you some other time. Any future neighbors active in this forum? Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 295Jul 20, 2014 4:42 pm We also got the lot which we were interested in. Hopefully, many others would have got their preferred lots. Our turn was 7th or 8th but were lucky to find our preferred lot available. All the very best to the one's who missed their preferred lots in this release; I am sure next time you will get what you want. theziplocks, looking forward to meet you; and any other future neighbors in Elara. Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 297Jul 21, 2014 8:27 am @Sydney-build , Nothing is free in this world. Therefore, if someone gives us so much good information and try to help us.... the first question we ask ourself.... Why the person is helping me ??? Does he / she has any financial benifits doing so ?? This is human nature and we all are human I met Kaycee first time on Saturday at Elara sales centre. Believe me, he is the first person in my life who helped me without any kind of previous relationship and of cource NO FINANCIAL benifit. Tell me who comes on Saturday morning at 9 AM and helps you evenif that person does not know you ???? Why person is sharing internal information that you may not get or need to spend hours and hours ??? So I suggest you to meet him personally and I am sure you will be love him !!! Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 298Jul 21, 2014 9:49 am Some of the posts may seem to be a sales pitch but it is not. It was all but good intentions. I turned to this forum for help and true enough, information was gold. Happy to see info being shared here. Hopefully, many will benefit from these. Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 300Jul 21, 2014 10:08 am So Kaycee works for Stockland? I have no issue with people helping out with information where needed. My only points of concern are: kaycee @Sydney-build: I am not associated with Elara or any builders and some forum members here can vouch for that. If you want we can personally meet and we can exchange views privately. kaycee Hopefully you get a call from him someday to tell you that you were able to secure an appointment: http://ink361.com/app/users/ig-7821826/ ... ley/photos theziplocks didn't do anything spectacular to get the call... - called matt and he manually registered me in the system as I was not receiving anything in my gmail account. - before the VIP release, kaycee sent out a courtesy email to matt informing my undying intentions to be included in the future releases - had a telstra adsl2+ during the registration - received the call for a morning appointment Kaycee I don't know how you guys will take this but we were at Masterton Warwick Farm earlier this afternoon. The H&L sales person informed me that they will have packages in both Elara and GL sometime in August 2014. I did not make it obvious but I was not happy with this information because it will again be the builders who will benefit more. I believe that Elara does not need to do this at the moment as evidenced by the demand. To me what doesn't make sense is that a lot of posts contradict themselves. Kaycee didn't want to tell anyone about Eden Brae due to solicitor advice regarding duty of care, yet there was no issue telling us previously about Masterton doing H&L packages. Also sending the salesperson letters of recommendation for one person, then posting our salesperson's personal Instagram pictures doesn't sit right with me. Unless Kaycee works for Stockland, is friends with Matt and knew he would be ok with his clients getting an insight into his private life, none of the above makes sense to me. Like you said Dudhatra, when a person offers some people all this advice and assistance, you start to ask questions. |
