Re: Aveling-Harrisdale-Roof Frame 282Mar 18, 2014 2:42 pm So the latest update. I sent an email Friday evening to my CL with my sales rep and somebody from management CC'd in. Got a response yesterday and a phone call today. I've been promised roof cover by the end of this week and lock up by 1st week of May. Personally I don't think that's breaking any records, but it's better than nothing! I heard a few lines on why I'm so far behind, I don't really think they gave any straight answers though. Although they were prepared to admit that the delays I have experienced are unacceptable. It's taken a fair amount of me complaining to get anything addressed by the people higher up, however I've now been told that the project manager, construction manager and my site manager are all working together to try make up for some lost time, as well as Mike Aveling being made aware of the situation. Only time will tell if this is all just words to keep me quiet, or whether they are actually taking my concern seriously. Fingers crossed!
