We have our fences up now & a digger has been to dig out where we want concreting done (path around the house, clothes line pad etc), he also moved a bit of dirt around for our landscaping ideas.
We still don't have Internet/phone. The company who did the development didn't put phone access on our side of the road so Telstra has to dig to the other side of the road to give us access. Other than that we are loving our home!

Other than that we are loving our home! It's gorgeous!!  We didn't have internet/phone for the first (long) month, they were still working on the nbn. Perils of being the first in on the street/estate!
