We are at the end of our build now & looking at removing ours as coral are not sure when or how long it will take before they can get someone there to do it (PCI is due next Friday) but SS is telling us it's not possible to pull it out? Hey! No issues at all.. although for us it was our SS suggestion - I think because he knew he was running out of time and didnt want to deal with the changes to the shape we wanted. They just did a variation and with a week or so it was all sorted. If he wont budge call your area manager and explain the situation hopefully he will help Oh just seen your in the Hunter i think your area manager will be the same as mine.. The Beaumont website says hot water and vinegar but it still looks abit streaky Are you trying to remove paint/silicone/stains or do you just mean regular cleaning? Now that I have removed just about all of the paint I use boiling water and a tiny drop of morning fresh and pine o clean because I'm a germ-a-phobe. Then I get the steam cleaner on to it. I need to get a grout cleaner though as the grout is still stained and I'm scared to use bleach. I used to be best friends with Mr Domestos but I can't use it in my bathrooms anymore I do know I used to be a bit too heavy handed with the actual cleaning product though and that can leave streaks.
