@1st home builder: If you can present proof that it has been done previously what will they do?

Ask them why can they not practice the same. I told them about it previously after reading it somewhere on the homeone forum. They replied by saying that it can't be true as council won't accept it. My tender will expire soon and I really don't know if it is a trick for extending the tender period as Clarendonn will charge 0.4 percent of the contract value. I'm also building with clarendon. When does your tender expire Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2463Jun 13, 2017 11:18 pm 1st home builder Do anyone know how long does it take for Land Title office to transfer the name on Title search? We have settled on the land from Stage 20 on 18th of May and the title search still shows Stockland's name as the owner. Our builder notified that they can't lodged the DA with council until they get the updated title search. You might want to get in touch with your bank but usually it can take up to four weeks depending on when they lodge the CT and Transfer at LPI for processing in bulk. Can anyone share June's price list. I couldn't find it anywhere on their facebook page Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2472Jun 15, 2017 3:57 pm Raphal761 Hello, Does anyone knows by experience usual time take for DA approval and CDC approval? Thanks. Raphal. Normally. minimum 4 weeks to give time for public display and for objections to be made but DA and CDC are different. I would say on average 6 - 8 weeks for DA and 4 - 6 weeks for CDC Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2474Jun 15, 2017 6:38 pm KrishSD Hello All,,..My builder is asking for DP number... Now where do I find that? I have looked at NSW govt site etc but nothing or no number starting with DP? https://maps.six.nsw.gov.au/ Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2475Jun 16, 2017 9:30 am NSWFIREMAN Raphal761 Hello, Does anyone knows by experience usual time take for DA approval and CDC approval? Is that mean before construction begins we need to go through DA approval process first which will take 6-8 weeks and then after CDC approval process which will take another 4-6 weeks? If they haven't then they aren't exactly doing their job. Re: Stockland Elara at Marsden Park 2480Jun 19, 2017 10:18 pm KrishSD Hi Bruce.... is it possible for you list the things or documents that I need get from my solicitors after settlements? I had some issue with my solicitor and argument with them... Appreciate your help mate.. thank you... Hi, Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your solicitor. Okay, we normally provide the following documents to our clients at the end of the transaction: 1. Completion letter which all builders will want a copy of; 2. Settlement Adjustment Figures; 3. Cheque Directions; and 4. A copy of the transfer if not already provided. The transfer has your title reference which is usually your Lot number followed by the Deposited Plan (DP). If you don't mind me asking which Lot did you purchase as I might be able to find out the DP number for you if I had a client in that particular stage. Can't promise but only can try to help. Cheers.
