More exciting boyfriend got booked in by supervisor to do plumbing fit off next Thursday. Would seem a busy few weeks ahead. Any idea how long from fit offs until completion? Our SS has given us an estimate for an early July handover. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Boutique Homes 2285May 27, 2016 7:25 am Nice kitchen Ozden is that a cat 3 tiles ? But yes I'm on a mission to find a nice resin artwork that's not overpriced. Hopefully in 3 weeks I will have the furniture in and post pics with the décor in it. Re: Boutique Homes 2293May 27, 2016 10:10 am Thanks Robyng, I will be much happier once the splashback is in as that is the centrepiece of the kitchen/living area. Hello - New to the Forum 2294May 28, 2016 12:02 am Hi All, We signed up with Boutique in late Oct 2015 (just about to be handed over to construction). We're very excited ... even more so now that we've found the forum, looks like lots of great tips and advice! ![]() Looking forward to reading about your respective builds and contributing along the way ![]() Re: Boutique Homes 2295May 28, 2016 11:50 am Hi All, Last week we went to the Caroma concept center and chose our basins, taps, WC, kitchen sinks, taps. The difference in price from the standard was not very high. I was wondering if anyone had tried to find the difference in price between standard and the upgraded one? Do they add extra cost cost to the difference in price. I think there should not be extra cost to labour if the taps are of same design. Has anyone noticed the price difference or went with caroma concept center? Thanks, Laks Re: Boutique Homes 2296May 28, 2016 11:58 am ![]() Hi All, Last week we went to the Caroma concept center and chose our basins, taps, WC, kitchen sinks, taps. I chose mostly ones unlisted and you can expect x2 the difference. As for toilet, luna wall caroma was almost $800 each for upgrade, which is a lot more expensive than actual RRP, let alone differences. Best if you send them list of the ones you want and they can advise the price differences ![]() Re: Boutique Homes 2297May 28, 2016 4:10 pm Site start at 2nd March and now we have cabinets in yesterday. I'm a little nervous what the prices will be as I have heard from several people that non-standard choices are in excess of RRP. I do have a glimmer of hope though because we have chosen two different Caroma free standing baths and both have been put in our PWC at BELOW RRP.
