Lots of work being done on the water detention area. Great! I think that's an area we easily look over, as none of our houses are ending up there. Had a chat to one of the tradesman and he said that both Oberon and Titania will have tar by the end of the week, the blue pipes we can see are sewerage pipes and that the electrical and gas works will be done together. He said that they are still looking good for the finish of the civil works completion date. Second picture shows the forming of Kunic Street from Brighton Street. Lots of work has been done on Kunic since Wednesday. Major work done on the water detention also. Does this mean we can drive down our streets now? Or are they keeping the streets blocked for the time being? So much work being done on Kunic and the water detention area at the moment that we will see the changes there very soon also. Oberon Street has a line of grass on both sides of street, could not take photo because the trucks were using Oberon to exit and it was constant. Photo is from Titania. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 218Oct 05, 2016 8:50 pm FirsTimer Thanks Titania71 great pictures, looks more updated than what McGrath sent yesterday I agree. Took a walk down Oberon St this afternoon - I wonder if there will be a footpath on both sides of our streets if there is grass being laid on both sides? Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 220Oct 13, 2016 9:15 pm Hi all, Today at 11 am. Kunik Street was getting some kerbing on the Brighton Street end, it is getting ready to be opened at Cranbourne Street end. Bligh Street has some kerbing and what looks like it is going to be a round about.
