Coral wouldn't peg out the house because they didn't want the pool guys to accidentally move them and the pool guys wouldn't start until the house was pegged out. We were in the middle of a Mexican stand off. Short version pool dig has been rescheduled until Feb 7 and they are going to hand the site back to Coral on the 12th or 14th depending on weather. In the end, the builder was actually right, one of the pegs was inside the pool area and had to be moved. They pegged out 3 metres to the front and back of where the slab would be going, and I checked with other customers that this was standard practice. Our builder didn’t charge us for a repeg in the end. Really the pool builders should have their own surveyors for this. Yes we have 4 kids, only three live at home and one is moving back out in a few weeks. There was some issues with the scrape but we have been assured all will be sorted when it is time. I like that there will be no pooping coping, we are in the middle of repairing all the popped comings on our current pool. Did you have any trouble with him in regards to modification before tender? We had the lady from Upper Coomera but she's not very helpful at all. She was very good when we first sign the prelim but as soon as we made modification to Marcoola she's gone off and not much help with our question  .Most builders will provide standard Island Bench with overhang. Can these standard island bench be modified to some of the ones shown in display houses?
