It took 3 weeks from the time we agreed until we had the appointment and my sales consultant emailed the contract and plans 2 days before the appointment. How's your plans coming along? I tried calling 15 times before they answered and they are currently booked out for 3 weeks in advanced... I'd suggest getting on that ASAP. I think the people there ignore the phones, have your job number ready which will be on your contract/tender letter. I tried 8 times per day for 2 days to get through so don't feel bad if you pester them, they should answer their phones.
