My littlest one is having trouble dealing with the concept of the KDR. I'm hoping that once he sees it going up he'll be able to understand it a bit better. he's just turned 4 so it's hard to gauge exactly what he comprehends. My son is very excited,we're going to take him to watch the local kids playing soccer,so that he gets to meet the local kids and make friends. Mellywil have you ever been to the Camden Valley Country Club ? We haven't been yet,but their supposed to have pretty good entertainment and they've just renovated, they also have a courtesy bus, it will be nice to have a club close by. Re: Coral Homes Marcoola 32 29Feb 03, 2015 9:54 pm Nice pics and maybe if you edit your post you might see where it has a line of html code that has [/img] at the end where the pic doesn't display and there maybe a gap at the start or some part is missing and that's why it is showing a line of code instead of an img Re: Coral Homes Marcoola 32 30Feb 04, 2015 8:32 am Oh wow, look at your house! It must be so fun to walk through and 'see' the rooms. We haven't been to the country club yet, but it's on our list. The beer garden is supposed to be pretty nice up there. They've completed the frame, fascia and gutter are on, roof and windows are in, excess site waste has been removed, bath frames are built. Tomorrow our house is being wrapped and on Thursday the bricklayers start,we've been told that the bricks will take 1 week. Also today we received a letter from our next door neighbour (their build will be finished by the end of this month), they were asking us about the fence. They want to have a colourbond monument fence and we want a timber fence as per our developers requirements( as we receive a $5000 landscaping rebate and $5000 building rebate if we follow the design guidelines)I'm going to call him tomorrow, hopefully we can work something out. Julie Re: Coral Homes Marcoola 32 34Feb 10, 2015 11:42 pm Looking great Julie!! Loving those huge windows, they look great! You alfresco is also huge, I would have loved a little bigger one Building our first dream home in NSW Re: Coral Homes Marcoola 32 35Feb 11, 2015 8:26 am So great to see the progress - thanks for posting the pics I love the alfresco you've got. I would have loved to have one going around the corner like that. Loving those stacker doors too. Are you getting screen doors on them? House is coming along nicely. Your frontage makes a big impression with the huge portico and all those windows! Re: Coral Homes Marcoola 32 37Feb 11, 2015 8:55 am Hi Mellywil, yeah we are getting screen doors on them, just basic to begin with, once we're in we're going to get crimsafe,we will have crimsafe on the activity, laundry and alfresco only as we like having a breeze/fresh hair blow through our living areas. manderine, we wanted a wide frontage, with plenty of windows, the pics were taken on my husbands phone, I've been off sick ,when I'm better I'll get some better photos of the front on my iPad, my husband said if we can't agree on the fence then we'll just put timber on our side next to the colourbond,I'm sure we'll get along with our neighbour and come up with a solution. He actually from the area we live in now and attended the same school as my kids, his parents only live around the corner from our current home.
