You've made some great changes!!
Which way is north? You may find the ensuite window might not give much light depending on the house next door and sun direction.... If you did want more light you could consider a window in the shower or even above vanity (instead of tiles have it between bench and bottom of mirror....
With the kitchen I would consider moving the sink to under the window, just personal preference, then you won't have dirty dishes on the island bench waiting to be washed they will be more out of the way particularly if you plan to use the breakfast bar. We have our sink in our island, we didn't have much choice but even with a dishwasher we end up with dishes on the bench thankfully we put it to one end so when we have guests they are a little out of the way.
As others have said consider what changes can't or are difficult to change later. We didn't end up with high ceilings as we spent that money on making the house 1m longer which gave us the big kitchen we wanted. We are on a narrow block (10m) and while they would have been nice we get pretty good light into the house.
It shouldn't cost bit I would bring your main toilet door forward, you have the space and many of the toilets in new homes can be quite snug so if you have the space to move it forward I would...
There may be a reason but I would but your laundry trough up against the linen cupboard wall otherwise you end up with a gap that may become a pain to clean... Just seems an odd space.
Also consider where your washing line will go. Are you planning to have it on the ensuite wall? If so only having one window might be an advantage otherwise probably the only other place on that side of the house is the master bed wall or the TV recess....
