Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 21Oct 22, 2013 9:58 pm We signed in March 2013, and it must have been the only month Coral didn't have an upgrade offer for Indulgence. We did beat the price rise in April though. Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 22Oct 23, 2013 8:49 am I put the $1600 deposit down in April to lock in the pre-rise price. Not sure how much it went up but I'm glad we got in there. That was April and it's now October and we have only just done site testing and have not even had the official tender drawn up.. It's a very long process.. Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 23Dec 30, 2013 9:20 pm Newcastle33 Hi, We have just signed with Coral and the inspirations package. In regards to the ranges you can pick from bricks, tiles etc. We went and visited all suppliers before we signed to make sure we liked what was in the packages and if we need to upgrade anything. For instance, we have upgraded to a higher range in the bricks. Once you visit the different suppliers the sales person with Coral will be able to let you know of any additional costs to upgrade. In regards, to the "much, much more"; if something isn't listed in your tender its pretty safe to say it isn't included in that cost. Hope that helps How much did the inspirations package cost? i noticed the website has prices for the indulgence package but the price for inspirations is nowhere to be seen. Also what home design are you building? we are also building in newcastle Thanks Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 24Dec 30, 2013 10:08 pm Hi HerMacquarieBuild, We are currently looking at building with Coral. On their website if you go to the Inclusions page, at the bottom of the page is a link to "Register for More Information", if you do this they will email you a price list for all their homes with the Inspirations Inclusions. Hope this helps! Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 25Dec 31, 2013 8:18 am Hi emmakay Thanks for that, I'll do that now! What design are you looking at? I really like the noosa 29 Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 26Dec 31, 2013 8:39 am We are building the noosa 29 on the central coast. The inspiration package is about $32,000 on top of indulgence price. I can't give the definite price as we changed things & supplied our own items. We are getting the indulgence package but with add ons (tile& carpet flooring, driveway & decking). We paid deposit in September, so got the steel frame included & air conditioning for $2480. We had to upgrade our roofing due to estate rules. We also have other extras due to fire BAL rating.... We were building the casuarina 30 but due to fire Asset Protection Zone & site excavation issues, we changed to Noosa 29. We are waiting for the tender to come back to us... It is a long process, but I'm sure worth it in the end Good luck Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 27Dec 31, 2013 9:11 am Oh awesome! I didn't think it would be that much extra to be honest, oh well I suppose it's worth it isn't it Id love to see update pics of the noosa 29 when your build starts Goodluck with it! I'll be following your posts to see you you go Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 28Jan 01, 2014 12:21 pm Hi HerMacquarieBuild, We are looking at building the Bahama 37, with a few modifications the largest being adding a rear balcony off the master bedroom. Even thought it is about 30k more for the Inspirations inclusions we think it's pretty good value, as for us we love the outdoor kitchen and the open tread timber staircase, also includes your flooring. I like the Noosa design too however due to the shape of our block we pretty much have to build a two storey. Plus it backs on to the golf course so makes sense really anyway! Thanks for the i info emmakay So if we decide against the inspirations package do we have to pay for the flooring seems silly not to get the inspirations package if this is the case Also does anyone know the cost of the facades? Does the inspirations or indulgence package cover any facades or are they all at a cost (minus the designer facade obviously) Thanks Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 30Jan 01, 2014 7:47 pm You do have to pay for flooring with other packages. Our flooring is costing around $12,000. Facades ranged from $3900-$32,000. They say the designer is included but our tender for the casuarina showed $2890 for the soffit portico but doesn't include the concrete floor slab... Will see what the Noosa comes back as... Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 31Jan 01, 2014 10:11 pm Yeah that was what got us, it costs 30k extra for the Inspirations inclusions over Indulgence inclusions, but once you add on flooring, aircon or resort alfresco option, and open tread timber staircase you would almost reach the 30k... Plus other luxuries such as 40mm waterfall stone benchtops, 2.1m high wall tiling in bathrooms, etc it really made sense to go for the Inspirations inclusions. As for facades... to upgrade our two storey facade started at $15k extra... We would way rather spend the money elsewhere so will render the front and have the nice 1.2m timber entry door and timber look garage door to make the facade look nicer. We also want timber framed windows to the facade only - does anyone know the cost of this? Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 33Jan 02, 2014 5:55 am Bricks list we have, which were standard last year were some Boral ranges. Classic>horizon, oasis impressions and oasis coast. This may still be close but no double height. This is very rough so may include more or less but gives a starting idea. I was going over the brick ranges but am stuck as I want a sandstone look but can't tell from small walls what the finished wall would look like. Have fun researching. Re: Coral homes indulgence package inclusions 40Jan 03, 2014 1:27 pm Does anyone know- is the single story inspirations package cheaper than double storey? If not, what do we get in place of the stair case? 5 5838 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15010 Hi so sorry for the late reply.
