If it's any consolation now, we are more than happy to be building with Henley as their service to date has been excellent.
I must admit, I would have had a much harder decision if the Harvard was available at the time we signed up. Our only comparable floor plan option was the Hartley, as you stated it was about $27k too much.

We did end up choosing the Harvard, the reason being - overall, we prefer the floorplans of the Harvard.
This was a really hard decision for us though. The inclusions in H3nley was better that DFH's. But to us, it all comes down to which plans we prefer.
We also plan to make a few changes to the Harvard floorplan
