i have concluded that most of building issues are 10% builder and 90% tradies related. unfortunately due to lack of good tradies, every builder is suffering too.

But try searching for tradies and you will find out what kind crap is in this industry. As im still in between quotations for post handover tasks, every other person who turned up is a clown and will teach me how to cut corners and save money. damn it, it's my house and you are telling me how to cut corners I reckon most of volume builders are struggling with quality tradies due to high number of constructions and plenty of dumbos around. Not sure if I'll try to build another house. Project management at a new level I thought NHP is line drawn in sand and they will put their act together but nope, it didn't change anything yet. Henley must have hired some genius We have two bath tubs sitting in dinning. One is broken and replacement one hasn't been installed. Convenience at its best, lol.
