I'm so angry! I went to dodo to connect to the NBN on Tuesday. The man was like, no set up fee, free modem and unlimited internet for $69.90. I was like sign me up! I get the first bill- $169.90! I'm like where has this come from and dodo are like, there is a NBN set up fee of $300. So an extra $100 will come out over your next 2 bills. I was like, he told me there was no set up fee!!! I was fuming!! We paid $500 to have an NBN provision in our house, and still need to pay $300 so set it up!! He never told me this when I signed the contract which is what made me angrier!!

My mum was a bit surprised that they just handed me the paperwork and keys in a folder and didn't give a bottle of bubbly or small gift like they normally do.
