Re: Who is building with Kurrajong Homes? 163Aug 11, 2015 10:26 am @madsmc, i recall your handover date is on the 18th, is that still happening? Ours is on the 28th as per co-construct but have not seen any progress on driveway & landscaping. I asked greg for the possibility of doing interim occupation certificate, but have not heard back from him. we just want to move in already ![]() Re: Who is building with Kurrajong Homes? 164Aug 11, 2015 10:28 am Nothing yet ![]() Re: Who is building with Kurrajong Homes? 165Aug 11, 2015 10:31 am ooops..erase that, our handover date is on Sept 3 now. landscaping/driveway is now scheduled on the 16th. it appears that they only schedule it with the supplier mid of the month, which was the same case last June & July which were cancelled due to inclement weather. i hope no rain on Aug 13-18. Re: Who is building with Kurrajong Homes? 173Aug 12, 2015 11:10 am I originally said we would take it out of ours but we thought it would have just been easier to have them do it. Did you hear back about the interim certificate? We have a client at work who is a building company and I emailed one of the ladies there and asked them about them and they said are fine to get but just make sure you follow up builders as sometimes they are hard to get jobs done after.
