Overall job looks good but there are a few issues. What do you guys think, unacceptable? I know they are only small chips but I know they are there now and we paid SOOOOO much for the upgraded tiles. Bet you cant wait to pack ur things and move right on in! ......Not long to go now! Tahnk you elliots, yes were are mostly already packed and very very eager to move in. It will be a little bitter sweet though as it means the real work will start for me. From lanscaping to electrical work But it will be all worth it. home sweet home I'm with the others. Your kitchen looks fab but I would definitely question the chipped tiles. What were they thinking? Thanks HSH, I am not sure. The funny thing is, that we are getting the majority of the house tiled (100 sq mtr). We asked the tiler to quote the job and he even commented, "Oh well, at least if you get us to do it you will know how good our workmanship is" Right!! We called the SS and he said well they are hard to lay those tiles. DW quickly pointed out that is why we paid nearly 3k extra to have them laid. He said he would look into it. We went there last night and the painters have started YAH!!!!!! Couldn't take any pics (no point really) so will have to wait till they are finished. Painter said probably around 3-4 days to complete. Also while speaking to the SS, DW asked if he had any idea on completion. He said "he cant be absolutely sure but how does the 19th Nov sound?"
