We're waiting for our builder to let us know where we're at at the moment! Our settlement was 2 weeks delayed as our conveyencer wrote "willowdale" as the suburb name instead of denham court! Looking fwd for CDC and Looks like there's a couple of weeks delay at our builder office. Wish you all the best for exciting and smooth construction and beyond. Last i knew was that they were waiting for surveys of the land to develop our construction plan (this was about a month ago). Who are you building with? Hey, We are building with Metricon, Just got a call today that our CDC has been approved, now time to call MR broker and sign more documents (Whats that 4879th document i think ). Hey Troy, No problem, good luck with it all and hope it goes smoothly, ill be honest with you is hell waiting and waiting and then when you finish waiting for rego you then have to wait again for build which is even worse lol. Hey igu, We are just across the road from you. We are 2142. Ohh no there seems to be a bit of confusion of the actual address hey. We are building with Wisdom homes and they have on our document we are in Denham court and then on other documents it's east leppington. Fingers crossed it's not too long of a wait for all of us.
