From what I can see in the booklet there are 10 included colours and I just wanted to know if there are anymore? I quite like sleek concrete but I bet its an upgrade! Coral's range is a little limited. Sleek concrete would be an upgrade. That's the one we chose for our main bathroom (I think it only cost us a few hundred extra if that to upgrade). If you can get hold of a Caesarstone brochure it will give you an idea as to what category it falls into. There may be other 'standard' caesarstones but they may not be in the Coral standard range - would expect the upgrade to be relatively inexpensive. Think sleek concrete falls in the deluxe range. There's also premium and then supernatural ($$$). Coral should be able to give you an idea as to the upgrade cost per square metre for the different ranges. Hope that helps! My partner is very keen on sleek concrete for the breakfast bar so if he's happy to pay for the upgrade then he can have it! I saw on another thread it was around $140/m for the upgraded colour but I guess that might vary. We are after a darker ceasor and I think Urban is the only dark besides the night sky included. Ok thankyou. I'll have a look now and see if I have a brochure. Cost varies. There are multiple different grades of caesorstone. For instance i paid $2300 extra to get Piatra Grey on my 2.6m island (with waterfall edges). Was not cheap, but Piatra Grey is a "Super Natural" range, so one of their most expensive. Sleek Concrete is a deluxe range, so most likely extra, but shouldn't be too expensive. Standard range colors are generally those in the "Standard" range on the caeserstone website. Click on any of the colors and scroll down, it will tell you what range it is part of. Walnut should be a standard inclusion, which is another dark one. I have it on my bathroom benchtops - looks good. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 1470Jun 11, 2015 10:10 am We finished building our retaining wall quite proud of what we achieved in 4 days and it looks brilliant. So ready for slab on the 22nd! Our sparkie has now been on site for three full days with a team of three. He reckons we've included a lot that most people don't normally do. I didn't think it was that much out of the ordinary; a couple of two-way switches, a dimmer, wiring for fans and fan/lights, external lights on all sides of the house and downlights throughout. Are we abnormal? Only in alfresco area and floodlight to the side. We were hoping to get some lights out the front as a cash job can't answer about rough in, not there yet Modified Sapphire - Wauchope NSW https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75816&p=1302396#p1302396 Re: Coral Homes general build thread 1474Jun 11, 2015 11:03 am 3 days. 2 external lights, 27 LEDs and 7 fan lights. 2 dimmers, 2 exhaust fans and one exhaust fan light. Couple extra powerpoints. External fan and thats it. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 1475Jun 11, 2015 11:04 am Ohh and 3 garage fluros plus a powerpoint in my island bench. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 1476Jun 11, 2015 11:05 am Argh phone reply. Two (2) garage fluros Re: Coral Homes general build thread 1477Jun 11, 2015 11:19 am Okay good thanks. We added a bunch of power points too - at least one extra double in each room, as well as our kitchen bench. I guess it's a lot, but not too much. My inlaws (where we're living) only have ONE SINGLE powerpoint in each bedroom and it's killing me. We've had to put powerboards everywhere just to charge all our portable devices. And that's without lamps, alarm clocks etc. Makes me so glad we decided to put so many in. Master has 2 doubles, hall has 2 doubles. 2 doubles behind TV and i think we put 3 doubles in study (2 above and 1 below desk). 1 dbl in each of the kids rooms, but 2 dbls in the eldest as he has ASD and is ALWAYS on some sort of device laying on the floor attached to a charger! We are single story but have a heap of electrical. 55 or so owner supplied lights, including external, power points, extra circuits.
