Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 143Nov 05, 2015 11:38 am If you want to know what house number you are, check the below out http://maps.land.vic.gov.au/lassi/LassiUI.jsp You want the Land & Survey and just keep zooming in on the area. Once you see your plot, click on the icon that says "identify property". I just clicked on mine and yes it gives you your address and mine is number 14 Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 145Nov 05, 2015 11:51 am Just seen what number we are, 19, we were that in our old house too Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 148Nov 06, 2015 8:09 am Have any stage 2 people got an ideal from your builder when construction will start Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 149Nov 10, 2015 6:55 pm Well we got our soil tests and survey back and the idiots have tested the wrong site!!!! Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 152Nov 10, 2015 8:33 pm We're building with Carlisle. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the site costs and then as I started reading it all I realized they weren't describing our block at all and sure enough, it's not our block! The photos and diagrams are all a different block! Glad I actually read it all! Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 153Nov 10, 2015 8:41 pm Very unprofessional....we were originally building with them but changed our mind. Anyways....the estate better be open on Friday seeing we will be owners from Thursday or I will be mad!! A lot of soil reports are coming back as H1 slabs Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 155Nov 10, 2015 8:50 pm Oprationclyde Very unprofessional....we were originally building with them but changed our mind. Anyways....the estate better be open on Friday seeing we will be owners from Thursday or I will be mad!! If it's not, then we can move them as we own the land (well the bank does) lol Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 156Nov 10, 2015 9:19 pm It's the block next to ours, but the main difference will be that ours is cut and there's is filled and we only have 1 retaining wall but theirs has two. I'll also be talking to BPG as Linda made many promises and I'm sick of them all being untruthful. Something needs to be done about it, I'm sick of it! Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 157Nov 10, 2015 9:55 pm Thats not good that Carlisle has made such a big mistake. We are in a court & linda told us that there would be parking bays so that 213 can get in & out of there drive without having cars encroaching on their space. That hasn't happened, so many ****** Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 159Nov 11, 2015 6:10 am That's the reason Linda has gone....all promises just to sell a block. We were promised no more than 20cm fill but on the back we have 40cm on one side & 70 on the other were our in ground swim spa is going. Even Ryan site supervisor now general manager said the same thing to us when we went on that open day. We rang Megan yesterday about the extra cost for slab & that we were told should all be normal & all she could say was 'I can't comment on that'. Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 160Nov 11, 2015 6:14 am Not happy with the way this has all unfolded. BPG has been a big disappointment, both with promises & delays Hi, can anyone recommend a custom home builder who can build in north east area?
