Couldn't get inside to have a proper look but I am happy with my choices from what I can see. Really want to see the showers in particular. Guess electrical work will be done over the next week and that will be it for the year. Bit by bit it gets closer to being finished Oven and cooktop were installed yesterday along with some power points and light switches. Holes for the lights were also made. Few more days and all the electrical should be done. CLO has said that pre handover inspection will be early February with handover a few weeks after that! Can't wait! Now work is starting again, have the guy doing my soak wells today and tomorrow then the SS has the paver starting on Thursday. The jobs left to do I think are; blinds, flooring, flyscreens, garage door, bit of painting, door handles, install rangehood, caulking in the bathrooms, bit of kitchen tiling. Very happy that I got them organised outside of Redink, probably saved myself a good amount of money and have had a great job done. Worth the extra work of getting quotes for it and having to move the 2 or 3 cubic metres of sand left over from the holes dug. Definitely look into doing it if building!
