We did make some changes to our facade (classic/standard facade) however we added a front verandah. Bricks are Austral Orpheus, roof and gutters monument and fascia is surfmist. Timber posts are going to be coming up from those brick columns and we have a skillion roof in monument (as per heritage area requirements) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Looks fantastic 20/11/15 - Settled land 06/11/15 - Request 1st tender BH 21/04/16 - Colour Selections and Contracts Signed 31/05/16 - Commencement Letter 24/06.16 - Started work onsite - cut and benching begun Re: Who is building with Beechwood 13383Sep 20, 2016 7:47 pm Grace33 Can anyone tell me the rough price for ducted air con? I was quoted $10,368.00 for a fully ducted reverse cycle hybrid 3 phase air conditioner from Daikin (Installed with up to 10 outlets and 2 zones). Model Number: FDYQN200LBV1 Ratings: 20.00KW for Cooling and 22.4KW for Heating. I took the offer and hope ive made the right decision. I hope this information helps! Balk Re: Who is building with Beechwood 13384Sep 20, 2016 7:48 pm Thank you, I love that kitchen!! Does BH include flooring for this home? We couldn't see it in the inclusions list for this plan. My friend has a double block in suburbia but not sure how much she'd have to reduce it by to make it fit. I'm in love with the mcdonald jones Lynhurst but trying to modify the lakeview to include a 5th bed & make it similar to the MJ plan but a whole LOT cheaper Re: Who is building with Beechwood 13385Sep 20, 2016 7:53 pm lileegirl Thank you, I love that kitchen!! We were going to do the vedehlo5 but went with the moscato 5 because we are on a mainish road so having home theatre at front suited better then main bedroom. But I also liked that the living / dining although together had their own defined area. We substituted the media for larger living area. Sometimes I wish we had the media but at this stage we plan on using bed 5 as study and bed 4 our two older girls will share. If it doesn't work out, the study will move to share the dining and the kids will seperate. 20/11/15 - Settled land 06/11/15 - Request 1st tender BH 21/04/16 - Colour Selections and Contracts Signed 31/05/16 - Commencement Letter 24/06.16 - Started work onsite - cut and benching begun Re: Who is building with Beechwood 13397Sep 22, 2016 8:33 am nataliea Sure, here is a snap of the front. I have specified side noggins in the frames so if they do this there wont be any issues, but never know, I am also asking at selections if I can do any pre-cabling of my Alarm & Network Cables, being I am certified in both Telecommunications & Security and work under a rather large Security/Fire/Electrical/Air-Con/BMS/Building... etc etc etc company I don't see why they wouldn't allow this, we will see.... Get the number for your electrician and talk to them about pre-cabling. Mine was happy for me to go through and do any cabling I wanted but unfortunately I didn't have time. Was easier for him to just do it all. They also did a few conduits for us to allow the cables to go in the walls for the TV areas.
