Just wondering whether Boutique installed Scotia cornices (same ones used inside house) or those square trims around the ceiling edging for your front porch and alfresco areas?
I thought it was unusual to have Scotia cornices installed for Porch and Alfresco as every other builder I've seen uses those square trims (even though Scotia cornices are more expensive, it seems to make the area look lower).
Some Boutique homes I've seen built have used square trims and other have used Scotia cornices.
What's everyone experiences? Thanks.
We've got scotia cornices in our porch & alsfresco Theon.
