Upstairs is Penny Lane Canvas carpet with Belga Ivory tiles in ensuite, bathroom & toilets. I like timber laminate too but every builder wants to put that beading around the edges and I don't like it. Are you having walls and roof the same colour? We are looking to do a KDR with fairhaven homes, Have seen plenty of good reviews about them pre construction and plenty of negative reviews about them during contruction… 0 18518 I would never build with Fowler homes.
