Sounds like everything is ticking along nicely, there will be cabinets and tiles before you know it! Re: Building with 101 Residential (WA) COLORBOND MOMENT 124Aug 04, 2012 6:53 pm "that was a thoroughly edited version of what I really wanted to say" Gee thanks for sparing me from your witty retort. I noticed at the heading of this site it says something about sharing information, which is what I was doing. Re: Building with 101 Residential (WA) COLORBOND MOMENT 125Aug 04, 2012 9:24 pm Cheer up Perthbuilder. A little less attitude will go a long way on here. Five posts under your belt and your already throwing your weight around. Laughable. You obviously have a very high opinion of yourself and your "information sharing" considering you think you can make an incredibly negative (with questionable motive) first ever comment and then not expect a 'witty retort'. Hope to hear from you never ![]() Re: Building with 101 Residential (WA) COLORBOND MOMENT 126Aug 04, 2012 9:27 pm Play nicely children. ![]() Deemaree Kyndylan Capers: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=46852 My blog: http://www.sufficientlysufficient.blogspot.com/ Re: Building with 101 Residential (WA) 128Aug 04, 2012 11:51 pm You tell me to cheer up and yet your initial response to my post was nasty. Pot kettle black. As you have probably read through the time you spend on this site that there are builders that cut corners and have questionable ethics. I did not suggest that of 101 but was merely expressing a viewpoint given this was the first home I had seen of this method of construction. You could have responded without the snide comment at the end of your first reply to me but you chose not to. And somehow I am the one throwing my weight around? Re: Building with 101 Residential (WA) 129Aug 05, 2012 8:07 pm PerthBuilder- I have asked that you all play nicely. Please desist from this line of response. Bit stuck on what to do outside. The sand is already driving me nuts. Re: Building with 101 Residential (WA) 137Sep 15, 2012 12:15 pm Hey Leighlou! House is coming up beautifully!!!! The fireplace is going to make such an excellent feature! Having to change it has worked out so much better!!! October is so close!!! - Organising what to do outside the house is sooooo hard Jen ![]() ![]() Building with HomeGroupWA (started as Scott Park Homes ![]() Check out my Build Thread!! Where did you end up buying your shutters from? I have to agree with the outside, it's so hard. I'm thinking of a lemon tree at the front with grass and aggregate but at the back who knows as this build is now way over budget and our backyard is huge, not that you would have to worry too much about that!
