Hi Davo, We are building the Cordova Two, our butler pantry should look similar to that. Only difference is our sink area is on the side. We were charged $3140 to upgrade to a butler pantry. We added around another $200-300 at colours to upgrade the butler pantry cabinet to a laminated gloss finish. Couldn't justify upgrading our butler pantry to polyurethane to match the rest of our kitchen. Re: McDonald Jones Homes - The new thread 10733May 19, 2015 9:21 pm Glad I had the A/C installed after handover as we had all input into where the outlets were located, shape of outlet and the where the return grills went. For those interested in the butlers pantry, the Avoca display home at Port Macquarie has one. We were going to have one but decided to use that money elsewhere. In the end we didn't really need it and now have a huge WIR. Mine is free so i won't complain Re: McDonald Jones Homes - The new thread 10736May 19, 2015 10:00 pm We did have an option between square and circle outlets. But again, just were told the rest could be confirmed through aircon guys Re: McDonald Jones Homes - The new thread 10737May 19, 2015 10:04 pm That's beautiful but I bet it's all upgraded to the nines. Re: McDonald Jones Homes - The new thread 10739May 19, 2015 11:27 pm Decided to go through our color selection again tonight and discovered something odd. The air con pipe cover is different to our down pipe colour! Is that right? Or should they match?
