Has this been a frequently occurring problem in Aurora?
How is the reception normally for all the free to air channels? Are the free to air channels received through FTTH too? Or we have to get a disc antenna fixed?
Its not a regular occurance, but it has happened before (About 18 months ago was the last time I remember) The current tv reception is through FTTH. Also if you have an old fashioned analogue TV you need to re-tune the channels as they are all on a different frequency to normal antenna frequencies...
From what I can tell, there servers network must have rebooted automatically, restoring internet etc, but not the case for TV Reception, I assume this required manual restarting by someone.... which i would assume wont be until wednesday at this stage, as Mon and tues are Public Holidays... AND we have NO after hours contact details to report faults.... Pretty bad form as far as a service provider goes....
