Thanks Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1029Aug 29, 2016 6:26 pm Hi If buyers in the Avenue Collection are in this forum could you let us know how your valuations turn out? The house prices peaked in both Avenue and Boulevard and it will be interesting to see if valuations come in at contract price. Fingers crossed that they do. Many thanks Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1031Aug 31, 2016 10:38 am Hi We have got our valuation done and it came at contract price. We had to work hard for it and get valuation from few different banks. The prices as quiet high. What house is yours and have you got a call for valuation? We're in the Boulevard Collection so still have a few months to get ours done. Congrats on your upcoming move into your new home. Many thanks Our avenue home came in at contract price, hope yours goes well too Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1035Aug 31, 2016 2:56 pm Thanks! Hope everything goes well with PSI and there is not much to fuss about:) Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1036Aug 31, 2016 5:47 pm Hi sunnyye28 Thanks for the confirmation about your valuation. It seems they are generally going well. Boulevard Collection buyers are now at the stage of having to pay our stamp duty. Cheers Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1037Sep 01, 2016 12:06 pm DASI Congrats to all of you..exciting times ahead...I am doing my pre-settlement inspection next week..hopefully there wont be much to fuss about or ideally none to fuss about Congratulations- I'm still working on getting a better valuation - my first one was about 10% lower. I've heard that one of the other Avenue buyers got theirs lower too. But I do have another couple of banks (and different valuers) going in this week, so fingers crossed. Our PSI is next Thursday and then perhaps settlement within 7-10 days of that. Can't wait now .... Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1040Sep 01, 2016 4:35 pm roninxt How long does it usually take to settle after pre settlement inspection? Will 5 days do it assuming that there are minor repairs? It totally depends on the receiving the occupancy certificate and registration if it's not done before PSI. If it's already done, they will notify your solicitor and give you 14 days written notice to settle. Hope this helps |
