Re: Coral Homes - Grange 25 (it's started) 106Apr 29, 2018 5:38 pm We have roof trusses, gutters and fascias. Sarking and tiles have been delivered and the safety rail up on the roof. Last week was just gutters and fascia and this week, they have done sarking, roof tiles, pointing, whirly bird, house wrap and plumbing. Only added 1 double power point ($60), so basically same price as Clipsal as they were about $62.
