Plantation Bronte, Ormeau Ridge QLD - Post-Handover

There's a "chance" of showers all week but there was all this week too and we haven't had any. The ground is nice and dry now so hopefully we make it this time! I'm trying not to jinx myself!

Thanks everyone! Weather forecast is looking great, and I'm meeting our SS onsite in the arvo to talk about our retaining and do a general meet-and-greet, so the inspector is going to do his inspection at the same time and kill two birds with one stone. So I'll definitely have slab pics tomorrow!

Awesome!!!! Looking forward to lots of pics from now on lol. What retaining do you have to do? From pics it looks pretty much retainer free?

We had to have retaining straight across the back as there's an 800mm step up to our neighbour (which is on our side of the boundary) - that's already been done and was fine. But they were talking about putting fence brackets on top of it and charging us for that, which we don't want, as it's not on our boundary. Also, they put a little bit on one side, and now that my neighbours have done their site cut it's completely useless. So they're removing it.



Yep, but you can't be that far behind!

(The sign on the fence saying "please keep dirt off fence" is from my neighbour. Apparently our builder had dirt piled up against his lovely fence, which I wasn't happy about either, that's been rectified).
