From memory I think it was couple of months delayed from the date Ben informed us and it was very difficult to contact him. Hopefully it'll be soon for you. Who are you planning to build with? I have a Geotech report but it only covers lots 301 to 328. They are mainly M and H1 slabs. We got the bal inspection report and as we are close to the forest area we have bal 29 requirements. Hope we don't have to spend much. Is anyone having bal29 and knows how much extra out of pocket expense will be?? Good luck with your building Jewen. Will keep you posted. Re: Building in Mapleton Grove, Kellyville North? 106Oct 21, 2014 1:56 pm Hi, just wondering if anyone is on the forum that has purchase the large lots down the back of the estate? We have purchased Lot 9 and was just wondering if there was any clue to the date that the land may be registered? Re: Building in Mapleton Grove, Kellyville North? 107Oct 23, 2014 1:43 pm BelindaG Hi, just wondering if anyone is on the forum that has purchase the large lots down the back of the estate? We have purchased Lot 9 and was just wondering if there was any clue to the date that the land may be registered? Hi Belinda, We are Lot 6 and are also still waiting. Im hoping that its a bit promising that some of the lots on the streets adjacent to us have just been registered in the last month or so. (Chesterton and Belford) Really hoping that its done before the end of year! Re: Building in Mapleton Grove, Kellyville North? 108Nov 15, 2014 6:39 am Thanks renatem, I drove past the lots yesterday and noticed a few houses had started to build. I called Keiran O'Kane's (who we purchased from) office the other day and his wife Kylie said she would find out and call me back. I haven't heard back yet. Hope to be building by early next year, fingers crossed. We are going through our plans at the moment, nearly 100% on our design. Can't wait. Re: Building in Mapleton Grove, Kellyville North? 109Nov 24, 2014 5:11 am Hi Belinda, Our solicitors have heard from the developers solicitors to say that things should be happening in the next few weeks and the land will be registered. Hoping we can start the build early in the new year. Have you gone with an architect or one of the home building companies? Re: Building in Mapleton Grove, Kellyville North? 110Jan 04, 2015 11:10 am Hi, we are building in Mapleton Grove. Our Ichijo home should start this January. The land took six months longer than expected to get registration. I have been disappointed with the delay, it has caused quite a few problems. Trying not to get too stressed out and hoping the building process will go smoothly.
