Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building with Redink in Jarrahdale... not long now :) 101Feb 21, 2014 9:02 pm I think the turnover is quite strong, due to stress of the job. Wonder if it's less for the high end builders? Re: Building with Redink in Jarrahdale... not long now :) 102Feb 22, 2014 12:03 am Seems to be doesn't it ... my designer is no longer working at Redink either. It's a shame though. She was lovely, and the new CL doesn't start until the 4th of March ... The sand is being spread for the paving and all the mirrored sliders are on site ready to be fitted And here's a picture of my nearly completed kitchen, with range hood ... They are there to explain and inform so we can make good choices~ The opposite, not asking, is actually stupid to me Re: Building with Redink in Jarrahdale... not long now :) 111Feb 24, 2014 6:34 pm Agreed! I didn't do too badly (thanks to this forum and the thing's you forgot page) but there are definitely some things I wish I had added/asked earlier. And should I build again I will definitely bargain harder on price! I have a friend who has just started building an investment property, and she took a friend (who has like a bazillion houses and has lots of experience with the building process) and she got all sorts of things included at bargain basement prices ... Sorry I missed your photo. Love it . I really like light colour kitchens .very sleek. Vinager is very good to clean those tiles . Doesn't leave any strikes .i love those rangehoods too .iv chosen to have the same . I have a glass one now but I like the bulk look . You will be in ,in no time . Contacted redink today .no kat weird but had a girl called Zoe until I get the new girl . I'm sure they say yes to most of the stuff to shut me up .the funny thing is they recognise my no on caller Id. There going to miss me when my build is finished lol. Re: Building with Redink in Jarrahdale... not long now :) 117Feb 24, 2014 11:44 pm They're tiles Melsie ... I mentioned to the designer at my interior design consult that I would love a glass splashback but didn't really have the budget for it and she was quick to steer me to these ("I've got the perfect tiles for you!") They're 600 x 300 so I had to pay a little more because they're a non-standard size but I think I love them even more than glass right now I think the lines actually make for more of a feature. Just checked out your lights Wildwood - they'll look awesome. Lights are fairly far down my list of importance but I hate those little standard shades so very, very much! At least the money side will give me time to really think about what I want - at the moment I am having trouble narrowing it down to just one style that I like. Plus I keep finding all these gorgeous feature lights that are awesome but really don't go with my design idea - which is all about that neutral, I want to be able to change my accessories to completely change the room kind of thing ... Oooohhh, I'll have to remember that vinegar trick Melsie ... have to change the way I clean now we're moving to a house with an atu ... Looks like… 0 11837 Elvis has left the building... The site supervisor quit after 2 month on the project. I guess he was just instructed to bark at people, but didn't like when he was… 26 21632 |
