ohhh ok - are you guys happy to service the $32k personal loan aswell as the home loan at this stage? probably the best thing to do is fix in your rates on the home loan once the build is finished, but only for a year or two - then by the time you come of the fixed rate, valuations will be higher and you may have some equity in your home and can internal refinance the personal loan into the home loan
thus potentially lessening your repayments
(if the rates haven't zoomed back up that is
)

It hasn't been an easy ride thats for sure, but there was no way I was giving up,
just like that. I fight for what I want, even with all the stress its produced and
all the problems it's caused....In the end it would want to be all worth it, I can tell you that.
