Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 23, 2012 8:41 pm Im not happy I have chosen my roof colour to be monument and cannot get monument in the window frames. I am having sandstone blocks. I have had black suggested but I think it will look way to dark and paperbark will just blend in too much with the sandstone.......arggghhh. Any suggestions Re: Monument Roof......what colour window frames should I do 3Jan 24, 2012 8:16 am Go light From inside looking out they don't look so dusty Re: Monument Roof......what colour window frames should I do 5Jan 24, 2012 9:00 am I love the look of dark window frames on the sandstone. We have just enquired some more and a window company will do it but they have to send the frames away to get powder coated monument??? I dont understand why it isnt a standard colour. It will cost us approx $1000.00 extra......This company is a bit more expensive than the original window company we had a quote from so if they are not too much more I think I will go with them.......really want the monument windows and I think if I dont spend that extra bit of money I will regret it. Should find out soon what the quote is so I will keep you posted!!
