My experience with Allworth so far is pretty good except our lender stuff us around with the paperworks which caused the delay for the start of construction by more than 1 month. If you don't mind me asking where about are you building? I think your location will also determine the deposit price, due to council fees etc.. So it seems like they just take on a lot of projects to get the cashflow for their own builds. COULDN'T AGREE MORE 14 45117 Congrats.
