And the treatment needs to be re-done after 5, 6 years down the track depending on what chemical was used, there is no life time guaranteed. If you have spare $$$, just add it in now sure will give you a peace of mind I don't worry too much about it since there are tons of other things stress me out PS, I went down to the lot a week ago, saw new taps and pipes are put in.
