House and land package- house did not fit on the land. started again have not had any problems so far. Site works were to begin soon but we have to have a clear block, The exes soil from the nabouring block is on our land, so site works will not commence. Builder we had the first problem with are building next door have phoned them and did not have any resonable answer, (will get back to you) A week later I have had to ring all day every half an hour no responce. From memory, we are building around the corner form you (aquamarine ave) with the builders that have caused you difficulties... Im sorry to hear that things have been help up, that must be really frustrating We are still awaiting site works to begin also, they scraped the soil around a bit on the land 3 weeks ago, but nothing since There are houses going up everywhere in the estate now, our stage and yours. Its going to be chaos is a few months time. I look forward to seeing progress of your new home very soon. They hung up on me a few times, but after ringing every half an hour all afternoon they finally told me the dirt would be removed today. I do agree it is going to be chaos there soon, there is so much hold up with the weather that so many people are going to be waiting for there slab to be laid at the same time.
