Hi All
Been reading the forum for a little while with no reason to post until now.
Going through the motions to build in Southwest WA picked plan made changes etc and was waiting for plans to come back.
We have then talked to CSR she advises theres been a problem and that due to zoning requirements in our shire windows have to be reduced in size and our laundry sliding door must become a single wooden door...ok I suppose not builders fault. I was thinking a credit that we could then spend elsewhere....nuh will actually cost us more because bricks cost more than windows. Anybody else had this problem? Why does it not work in reverse when we replaced a small window with a large sliding door elsewhere this also resulted in more cost to us.
