The block in total is 512 m2 ............Can I still build ???Any ideas anyone ??? I intend on visisting the Warwick Farm office on wednesday to organise a site inspection ....are there any particular questions I should ask on my firts visit?? Thanks Ersoy. Hoping to build a Villina Re: Masterton Homes - The new thread 719Jan 17, 2010 2:32 pm Hi Ersoy and welcome to the forum. For a normal block with normal sized eaves, you really need about 1.2m on either side although it really depends on your council. Some council's will let you zero lot line one side of the house but either way, i don't think you could put that house on your block unless you narrow the width of the house? We had 1.2 on one side (the single storey garage side) and 1.5 on the double storey side. Our block is only 14.5m wide so we took off 7.5cm through the hallway. I'm sure it could be done to sit on your block but don't know how much you would need to lose. Have you had a look at the Fernleigh? It's pretty much a smaller version of the Villina though I don't know how wide it is. 4 17254 Hi, Apologies - I know there is plenty out there on this but struggling to put together the puzzle.
